projects: socially-engaged

I work with people of various ages and abilities using movement for health, wellbeing, creativity and performance. As a qualified community dance leader and Pilates teacher, I apply an inclusive and person-centred approach.

With guided imagery and creative movement explorations I encourage participants to ‘listen to’ their bodies, to bring awareness to sensations and feelings. The emphasis is on experiencing movement as a process that integrates body, emotions and mind for a greater sense of connection and vitality.
